Do internal site links contribute to pagerank? For example if I have pages with PR pointing to one with no PR, would it help? Thanks in advance.

Yes. Internal linking also helps inner pages to get PR. That's one reason why inner pages gets OR even thought there are no other sites that link to them.

Internal linking does help you in PR , specially if u link from a High ranked PR to a low ranked PR page

as long as there are pages linking to a certain page it would help increase its pr. either w/ or w/o pr. the more linking, the better.

Internal linking correctly using absolute (not relative) url's will help build link reputation very slightly but more importantly will cascade the PR evenly (according to architecture i.e. higher levels TLP/CLP get more PageRank than lower product/item levels) through the website.
