A quick question for my site.

I am trying to build niche back links and I think I have some solid PR5s and up for my niche.
    Anyway, my question is this.

Currently I left Dreamhost to go to Godaddy due to cost issues. I now am regretting this issue as Godaddy along with my site is sucking bigtime. I keep getting 500 and 503 errors randomly throughout the day on my site.
If I get a hosting account somewhere else and then just forward www.sniderz.com to that hosting account, does this effect PR by any means or?

Thanks, just want to keep my PR going up allong with my traffic

    Thanks for advance help !!

Since the site addresses would all be the same and it would just be on a different server it shouldn't affect your traffic at all.

Changing servers won't affect PR. Be sure not to use GD's "cloaking" option to forward it.
