Buying PageRank Prediction Script

    I have seen someone selling this before on DP but I couldn't get a hold of him.. so I am looking for someone to write a custom script.

    I want a copy of http://www.pagerankprediction.com/.
    The only addition I need is I also want to give webmasters a button to put on their site that says the predicted PR. (like prchecker.info does except future PR...)

    Please PM me your qualifications, ETA, budget needed, and strategy on how to do this. I know that predirecting Pagerank is pretty rough (best way is to see current Pagerank and see the backlinks).
