I've created a tool called PageRank Estimator. It uses a database of average PageRanks for the number of inbound/outbound links and follows Google's Algorithm for PageRank. It's purpose is for people who want to see how their PageRank might look in a 3 to 12 months. However, it's not 100% accurate and can only go up to 13k backlinks. So if your website's page has 13k backlinks then it will not measure it correctly. However, this will be fixed in the near future as I collect more data. Please feel free to check it out at http://masteroftheweb.org/pagerank.php Give me your thoughts.
Thanks for the tools, but i think this one is more precise: websitegrader.com. It gives you some kind of a Moz rank, it is like a pr prediction.
Yes, I know what SEOmoz. In fact, I have their toolbar installed. My webstie grader is for those who don't want to wait for a two month update on SEOmoz. My ranking metrics are instantaneous unlike SEOmoz and provide similar results!
Most PR prediction tools don't work for me, they just give PR0 or 'unable to calculate pagerank' or some BS. The exception is this site, which gives me actual results all the time: http://www.seomastering.com/pagerank-prediction.php
It really isn't pathetic. PageRank plays a large role in how you're ranked in the SERP. Hence the name "PageRank". You should always care about your PageRank, you just shouldn't be obsessed with it.
Your tool seems pretty illogical since it doesn't take into account the quality of the dofollow links
Correct, it's purpose is to algorithmically predict your PageRank without ever accessing any 3rd party sources. It's based off of averages. Perhaps in the future I can develop a spider which collects the pageranks of other website's linking to it. But then I'd need to ask the user to specify each and every URL or have the bot colelct data 24/7 so they wouldn't have to enter the links.
Was thanking the same thing. I tried websitegrader.com which was adviced in this topic. The moz score is that a comparable Pagerank estimated score or isn't it comparable?
Well, Google is a every changing search engine and no one can predict a PageRank with 100% accuracy besides Google. With this said I do not claim that my PR "Estimator" is 100% accurate.
nice tool but what if a site has more then 13k backlinks your tool is limited to sites with only 13k backlinks :/
