Don't take the prediction by the PR prediction tools very seriously, sometimes their prediction might be correct and sometimes not. Instead, concentrate more on the other things like link building and content and everything will be in your favour.
These tools are not reliable.They are completly useless becoz no one know exact google algo so none can predict.
I don't think the tool at iWebTool is reliable either. The site itself says.. that its a guess and results are not accurate..
While people sit and play with the magic 8 ball, others are doing real SEO and promotion and leaving the rest in the dust.

Creative..... It is nothing bad to use PR prediction. Does any PR prediction tool ask you must believe its result? Maybe you can create some other SEO tools for everyone.
Don't use any tool for that, they are just a waste of time. when google updates your PR, you will see it with google's tool bar. Anything else is just speculation
I like iWebtool.. I dont really go by it completly just fun to look at. Not sure if it's accurate but that would be sweet. But for people who have used prediction pr then got your PR. If it was off, was it lower or higher and by how much
To understand more what causes could influence your PR Many PR prediction tools will be helpful. What if you only know how to count 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 then the PR tools are useless for you.
Look! PR is unique property of Google,and PR is indication of how much important you are on internet................as know one know actual algo og google....so no one can predict accuretly.
