I have a domain that when accessed displays the front page of a sub-domain I have. Is it possible for it to get a pagerank at all?

    Thanks for any help!

PR is related to the number of links pointing at a specific url. As long as the url exists it can have PR whether it contains frames or whatever.

Frames can hinder your rankings though even if they don't affect PR.

If you are having duplicate content on those pages - Google will be reluctant to index it - leave alone the PR..
