PageRank of my links page

    Hi all...

    I am trying to exchange links with few sites, but I need higher PR to do it with more sites, or with higher PR sites. I linked to every page in my directory from the homepage (PR3) , and it's been 2 weeks since I installed a new link exchange script.

    How can I help those pages to get a higher PR? I know there are few things to do, but I am not sure where to concetrate...
