I don't see the real answer to your question having passed yet. Improving your link structure will not ALWAYS improve the PR of your deeplinked pages or "inner pages" as you call them. Pr2 means you have about 100 votes to your website (Pr1 = 10 votes, Pr2 = 100 votes, Pr3 = 1,000 votes etc.). Now these 100 votes will be divided to your innerpages too. Telling from Google's "site:" function you can see there are 130 pages in your website: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:www.quran-sunnat.com Easy said, this means your 100 votes will be divided over 130 pages, leaving less than 1 vote per page. You need 10 votes to get Pr1 so there's your answer why no other pages have any Pr. Even if you have a Pr4 site (10,000 votes) it doesnt mean that all your pages would have a minimum of Pr1. It all depends on: - Pr of your homepage - Amount of pages linked on the homepage / amount of pages in your site - Link structure quality
For me, after working hard to get a better PR, but in reality I can not get the result I want. Now I just try to get a better SERP. Because high PR doesn't mean a better SERP. A better SERP ussually give a lot of visitors, that the real target in making site better.
Your inner page ranking is depends upon both your internal link building and external link building. We mostly have external link building for our home page site so..that will help your home page more then your inner pages. yes if your all inner pages are linked in home page then pr juice of homepage will be distributed to those pages. But for having getting page rank for each make sure that you have good, fresh and relative content on your pages otherwise you will not be able to hold your page rank for long.
