    Considering PR is calculated by means of incoming links and not content, it doesn't strike me as odd at all.

    A parked domain can have PR9 if it has enough links to it.

    Creation Date: 10-May-2006 acording to a quick whois although the "wayback" site shows it was used before then on feb 2nd 2005

    the Index page is cached (in google) but other pages don't appear to be so. The way G is at the moment, nothing surprises me with them these days *sigh*
