Matt cutts has mentioned earlier that it happens once in 3 months roughly, so there is nothing new about your information. But he also mentioned that it is just uploading their internal info to toolbars, and internal changes happen all the time. You seems to be living years back!

 

did he say it happened ?? or it will happen ?

 

I know that but i'm talking about the visual pagerank.
And every day there are threads about pagerank and minor pagerank update so it seems dp members are not informed about that.
Finally, visual pagerank is still important to sell links and for link exchange.

 

Last year was in Octomber. Myth busted!

I dont think this sentence "The Google Dance (pagerank update) happends early january, april, july, november (for main pages)" can be right in this year.
