    I have seen all your opinions, and i am also unable to answer it. My personal opinion is that we won't get any page rank for a blank page, if it happen so it's his luck or it may happened accidentally..But if your page has nothing in it what is the use of getting PR 3 or 2??? Thanks for all of your valuable suggestions...

    pr is just a measure of your links so of course its possible to get pr, dont expect to get anywhere on the search engines though !
