Why would a PR6 link to you without any content? But yes, the theory is sound. But I am not sure if you would get any page rank unless you pass it on via external links.

It will take a lot of time and effort for a blank page to rank that high....

besides what can you get with a blank page anyway?

consider if my domain has just 1 page on it . not even 1 page if its parked somewhere and if my parked page gets lots of PR6 links pointing towards it .

I think you can gain page rank without any content like directories.

you got PR because they must be parked at places which are well-known. since how long they are parked?

you will not get a PR because there is no relevancy between the content and search engines know that it is a parked page, therefore it has no use for link exchange

pagerank is determined by backlinks. Content helps determine what searches your site will show up for.

PR is not at all determined by backlinks. i have a personal experience of it. i launced a website and did only on-page SEO and within 3 months after the launch its PR was 3 and not even a single backlink. all the inner pages had PR 2

yes. it's possible. few month ago I have pr3 website with just a default wordpress "hello world" post. What I do is just link that website from my client site. I'm freelancer at that time (just put "Designed by xxxx").

pr is just about backlink. It only have small relationship (or maybe nothing) with website traffic.

You will get it my dear friend. PR is matter of links more and a matter of content less. So if you have great links ,you can get your PR going up greatly.
