Pagerank fall - why?

    Hi,

    I've got a relatively stable site with a PR 4, and all the time working on it.
    Linkbuilding, News etc.
    Now my site droped from Top5 to Top120 and PR 4 to PR 2.
    I still have almost all backlinks, what has happened yesterday?

    i have also encountered a website that has over 4k of backlinks yet it has only a PR0. There's also a site that has 3 posts, a month old and it has PR2 and less than 30 backlinks.

    Same to me also ........This is natural.. and happening in each updation...Any how this drop not due to the BL.. amy be another reason.. but will be nback soon.. I face many drop like this.. but soon caoming back..

    Were you selling links? Google is pretty serious about that. It could just be an error and your PR will return soon.

    There are a variety of factors that affect PageRank and you have to remember how Google has said that they do not say what the formula is for determing PageRank, it really just takes hard work and doing good work in my opinion.

    Doesn't always matter what you have been doing.

    What most people forget is how many sites they are sharing search engine space with.

    Rather than looking at your own site, consider what hundreds of other sites have done.

    Consider endless changes within search engines then forget trying to keep everything the same. ;)

    Maybe, your strong backlinks tagged with nofollow now or removed your links. Or, you might be giving out too many outgoing links from your site. Other than that, if you sell links or write paid post with dofollow link that is detected by google can reflect to this results as penalty.

    My friend,

    first you should check your back links, analysis where u got, those links are spam or not, if links are spam then removed those links from there,then you should send a request by Google tool webmaster for (please) add update my PR have gone with your rule and regulation, then you may get the solution of your problem of PR.
