Google has dropped the PageRank indicator from Google Webmaster Tools under the crawl stats. http://searchengineland.com/google-quietly-drops-pagerank-from-webmaster-tools-27821 Seems Barry at SearchEngineRoundtable broke the news....
Not really, I've posted here in DP the minute WMT gets updated.. PR Indicator pulling was mentioned as well BTW, since my post there was more than (3) three other posts here in DP only lol
Better start re-thinking, it is a subject Google has brought up to SEOs & webmasters, and most have said to do away with it, and I have a strange feeling the toolbar is going away before the end of this year.
I think a lot of professional SEO's may welcome the pulling of PR from the toolbar. We know that PR exists but by hiding it it will probably help weed out a lot of the conmen selling links on high PR pages and stop people wasting their time on "cutting edge" techniques like link wheels.
I'd say good riddance, but as a link buyer who pays no attention to Pagerank, the little green line in the Toolbar actually helps me! This might sound strange but it's true
