Pagerank Dropped from 3 to 0

    Hi. My pagerank dropped from 3 to 0 in one day.
    Is it possible ?
    There has been no change in the site or url configuration.

    One of the many reasons could be the sites you have gotten backlinks from also gets dropped in their ranking too. You need to continuously build the backlinks in order to increase or maintain the PR.

    Actually, My PGRank is not 0.
    When i want to check it, i get a message simply saying : Not Available.
    It does not say Pagerank is 0.
    My site was not banned by google.

    Google has updated it's Algo. Matt Cutts confirms it, http://twitter.com/#!/mattcutts/status/124905069748559872. That may be the reason.

    The algo change has nothing to do with PR, although they did more the location of the PR servers a while back and a lot of tools showed all sites at PR n/a. Check your tool is unto date, or check a free online tool to double check.

    I did have this happen once where my hosts server went down and when they rebooted a file went missing effectively shutting my site down just when google crawled it so lost PR and rankings. All the links were still there so knew it was still ok and it regained it's ranking pretty quick.

    Has there been any changes in SERPS?
