Pagerank Down Traffic Down ..?

Hello all Digital Point Memers,

3months before i checked my site pagerank it was 2 and now my site pagerank 1

and also now am getting less traffic from google

please tell me how can i improve my site pagerank and traffic?

Hey, I think you should try to build more backlinks with your specific keywords. And your website may also need some optimization. Just navigate this forum, there is a lot for you to learn. Only when your website has good quality content, enough keyword density and tens of thousands of backlinks, can it rank high in Google and get more traffic for you!

When was the last time did you updated your site? and did you stopped building links to it?

 

Add more content and carry on building your backlinks.

 

Most of the time pagerank has nothing to do with the ranking. I have seen many low pagerank website beaten in ranking over a higher pagerank ones before hand. If your traffics drop you should check your ranking and link popularity instead of relying on pagerank.

Your website site has too few content in the homepage and too high in outbound link ratio. I would recommend you adding more contents even your website is MP3 download but it won't hurt you anyway.

 

Check out your competitors, they might getting better and better... Strive to build better reputation for your site than theirs..

 

maybe links were removed that were pointing to your site .. so drop in rankings

 

I really doubt traffic has anything to do with PR...
It is your SERP position upon which your traffic depends

 

start SEO and other that you can do to make your page pr 1.also try to find which other domain have got your position and then decide which way you have to take

 

i thin some too still using same keyword that you are using on your pages meta tag or for seo so tey to update your pages keywords and do some seo
