Pagerank Calculation

    I know this page can be used as a guideline to obtain my target PR value:

    http://www.kenkai.com/google-pagerank-table.htm

    But this table is for obtaining target PR from PR0. So assuming that i have PR6, how can i compute how many PR8, PR7 or PR6 links i needed to obtain PR7.

    Should i count all of my PR6, 7 and 8 backlinks and decide based on their numbers (by ignoring lower PRed backlinks)?
