Is there a way to measure PageRank in the decimals? Like 2.? How can you check to see how close you are to the next Pagerank? Any Ideas on measuring your progress for PageRank movement?

You get a fantastic idea to measure next PageRank movement. So we can do what we want to improve it better.

Interesting idea. But I dont think it is possible though. It is a scale from 0 to 10.
