This method is purely white hat nothing that can get you ban. Mainly just building up links and yes it does give more traffic. From PR4-PR5 is probably the hardest bump so I can only knock $50 off of it so it will cost $100.

PR4 to PR5 = $100
PR3 to PR5 = $120

Both together = $200
