I think it depends on what datacenter you end up querying - try a tool such as this and you should see some grey and green. Definitely has been the longest PR update on record - wonder what the heck is up with the big "G"

Old or older PR is a fact of life now, who knows what's going on. It is G messing with the link vendors again presumably.

    Ahhhhhh.

What is going on with Google man!

Now my toolbar rank is showing nothing at all it is greyed out for every site.

I was well worried when I first saw this on one of my pages then relised it was every site not just mine.

I know I have a PR6. I have yet to see it in the toolbar, I see the old PR5. For a bit yesterday, I saw the pre-jagger PR3...
I also noticed some old, long-deleted urls in some d/c's for my site. No cache on these links, but there weren't any cached pages for my site on those d/c's.
The toolbar PR came back quickly, and I do not remember off hand the IP's where I was seeing old, non-existent urls.
Anybody else see similar quirks? Checked for old pages lately?

How do you "know" you have a PR6? Also, am I the only one who has not seen PR go up/down on any site (my sites) during this entire update? I've seen bl and indexed pages go up/down, but not PR. Odd..

I have observed different datacenters fluxing in PR for my blog directory. One day a datacenter shows it PR 5, and the next it is back to 0 but others show the 5. Also, at varying times, I have seen the toolbar showing PR5, but most times it is 0.

for 4 websites toolbar shows old data, however a half of the datacenters return new values.

If most of the datacenters are displaying a PR6, it's a safe bet that is what it is.

It's not jumping at all. It's just that you are not using the same DC each time.

Here try this tool and you will see why it jumps up and down.

    http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank-dc.html

As mentioned each datacenter updates at diffrent times so you might br a PR 3 on x amount of datacenters but then you could be a PR6 on the rest. All you need to know is which is the new and which is the old, sooner or later they will all come back with the same result.

But Google are taking forever to do this update and I have even lost my toolbar for the last two days now it has just been greyed out, I got it back last night but lost it by this morning again.

My PR is stable. How's Big Daddy looking? When is it supposed to be completed?
