    this is strange my toolbar went up to 3/10 fom 0/10 it sat there all evening but its gone now back to 0/10 any ideas ????

    Same as mine, you have to wait until all update finished. My site was pump up from 0-->4-->0 several times but it looks like my site got PR4 exactly. No dance but only updated process.

    :D I keep on development on my site aim to get PR6 in the next time update ;)

    Its fluctuating as it does for my site. Pay it no attention. It will be a few days or even a few weeks before this fluctuation becomes less frequent. I would safely bet that your sites actual PR is currently at PR3 and it probably won't change however Its not written in stone since we know very little about this big daddy crap. I suggest just giving it a week or two to see if it stabalizes.
