Pagerank And Domain/host Errors

    Hi guys,

Since I'm pretty new in the Search-stuff, I was wondering if you can help me out..

My weblog - www.medio-cracy.com (in german) - has a nice quality content, but I do not get any PageRank value and AdSense also refuses to "let me in". And I think it is because one (although complex) error: I'm using a WordPress site on a bluehost host with a internex domain.

Can this combination work or should I transfer everything to just one provider? And does Google indicate every page by itself or just the whole weblog as one domain?

    Thanks for your help!

    Best,
    Stripper

Try creating a robots.txt and in it type the following:
    User-agent: *
    Allow: /
    Code (markup):
Adsense won't let you in because your site is not older than 6 months.

Thanks imfusa - AdSense doesn't just take an eye on PageRank but also on the age of my site? Strange..

And what exactly does the command in the robots.txt do?

The PR doesn't matter to them, it matters the age of the domain for adsense.
The command line tells the crawlers that they can crawl your website.
It is also advisable to create a webmaster tools account and also create a sitemap for your website to get indexed faster.

    Ah, I see.

I'm already registered for the webmaster tools and also created a sitemap. Seems I'm doing it right.. ^^

Another question: Since I'm using web services of two different providers (host/domain), I receive these ugly "error" that when someone performes a mouseover on a link, he won't reveice my nice url at the bottom of the browser, but the host URL (composed of IP and direction folder). Can I overcome these problem?

Hmmm... so what do you mean about "using web services of two different providers (host/domain)" ?

Nono, don't have the time for that kind of hobby.. ^^
I'm using WordPress (actually my host has a WP install function, which helped me saving time and energy..)

hahaha, ok i understand, so are you has pointing your domain into bluehost NS ? coz i see your domain still jailed to internex.at

but IP http://69.195.124.81/ on your URL is bluehost's IP, so i think you should contact the bluehost admin to fix this server issue

    Good luck!

You do not need any Page Rank to have a popular website and make money. Page Rank was a tool that Google used in the past, it's useless now.

To say Google's PR are useless is too fast, because G's PR still need on they algo, and every webmaster who need traffic from G's Search Engine will need this method, CMIIW
