I stopped using adsense several months ago when I was accepted into YPN. At the time, my adsense CPC rates were very low and my PageRank was a lowly 1. Now that I'm motetizing my site correctly for international traffic, I noticed that my CPC is much higher across the boards... same keywords but my site is now PageRank 3 with a 4 or 5 prediction. After doing a bunch of searches on google and on these forums, I have yet to see any evidence that would lead anyone to believe that this is common or precise amungst other adsense publishers. Anyone else have a similar experience? Edit: My traffic has also gone up substancially from ~500 uniques/day to ~2000 uniques/day. Could that have been a factor for CPC rates?
Pagerank and CPC have no relation in them at all. If your CPC has gone up, it could be various factors such as advertisers are willing to pay more (due to competition) for those perticular keywords or your account just came out of smart pricing etc etc.
Your uniques could have increased because you were getting better SERPS, which can result in higher page rank also. You weren't getting as many uniques before because your PR was not as good.
