    Domain is showing fake due to no cached homepage, however it is 100% valid PR.

    Was the home of a Content Management System, 100's of sites using the CMS have this URL sitewide as such PR should stay or even go up as these sites do.

    Not really looking for a trade, it's got solid backlinks and could possibly go to PR6 as the sites using the CMS go up in PR.

    You could easily make more then the BIN selling text links, especially with the 16xPR inner pages.

    Edit: Custom logo on the site is included if buyer wants it.

    Ok i sent a PM to Kaiowas offering him the domain as i havn't started development on it yet, however he can't pay.

    So if i get an offer at BIN before i start developing it later today, i'll sell. If not i'm happy to keep this one as i know the promotion/pagerank some of the companies running the CMS are doing, which all have a sitewide backlink to this domain.
