    Design: The website theme was custom coded by a designer and is very appealing with special CSS effects. I am sure that this theme alone is worth a lot if someone decides to sell footer links on it.

    Transfer: The winner of the auction gets 3 months of free hosting from me. If he/she wants the website to be transferred to their hosting account then I can do the same free of cost.

    What the buyer gets::

    * Domain name
    * Free hosting for 3 months
    * Complete support to transfer the website to your own server if you wish to . Just tell me your hosting username and password and I will get it running on your servers free of cost.
    * Free script for easy approval of links and spam removal.
    * The database and the script.

    Revenue Details

    The website got PR5 upgrade recently and after advertising it last week I have already sold 3 featured links at $10 each.


    Potential sources that the new owner can try which I have not tried as of now:

    1. Affiliate sales
    2. Google adsense and other ads
    3. Selling homepage links. Since it is pagerank 5 homepage, there are lots of buyers willing to buy a lot more for links on the homepage
    4. Selling banners

    Traffic Details

    The traffic comes from search engines and directory lists.
    I have NOT BOUGHT any paid traffic for the same. The traffic is pretty stable and should increase over time.

    Not loading and only showing index page now. This certainly dosesnt look legitimate to me :(
