Wow, not only are you trying to sell a site that is showing only 1 live backlink but the PR has been bought through the placement on this site: www [dot] unece.net which has all sorts of links on it!

Sorry but your theme is broken and the likelihood is that the theme license doesn't belong to the site, so for me the value can only be in the domain, which with a little tlc would be able to be made into a decent site if it had the right person behind it.

I strongly advise that you consider the pricing of the site again as there is no way that this site is going to retain that PR once Google see the hidden/spam links that you had into the site originally!

EDIT: For anyone considering buying at this price, i would speak with FlyTonic (search in Google) to ensure that the theme has been bought as they will force closure of the site if you don't have a valid license?!

 

Just try to check out again its backlinks and please do not put a comment before check backlinks a different sites , if you check out my trade points mostly coming from link sales . Did you really think I have just put 1 backlinks for this site although I have many high pagerank websites ?
