I am selling http://www.planetsoldat.com/ (PR4) It made about $70/month in the summer months, and is earning around $20-30/month up until now with adsense (I haven't been testing new ad positions or updating it, also I removed the ads for this auction).

It got 6,928 unique visitors (google analytics) in September.

The site is updated with scripts on a local server, then made static with wget and uploaded as HTML files. I will include a text file with instructions on how to update when the sale is made.

The domain is at 1and1.com, so it may take some time to transfer to your registrar. Payment structure is half for the domain, half for a zip file of the content.
