    and have many backlinks 154000 and indexed pages 211000000 , I dont known what site need that have PR10

    I found only 3 sites that had 10/10 and that was I think an Adobe site. It's funny that Googles search page (well canadian anyway) has only 8/10

    yes it quite possible. But for that you got to first buy google and ask them to create a pr scale of 11.

    the sites which have no pr (even pr 0)........ are suppose to get pr 11 in the beginning.... and then they get pr 10..... simple :) In the end
