I'm working on a (strange, but wonderful) theory about Google PageRank. I noticed a recent PR update across a lot of my sites over the last couple of weeks. Has anyone noticed a site achieve a PR10 in the most recent update? Please let me know if you have. On a side note, most of Google's sites are showing PR9 for me. Weren't they 10?
In all honesty, I didn't notice ANY pages PR change other than pages which had no prior PR at all. I could be wrong though. My sites homepage is still a PR3 and I have PR5 inside pages (from pr0)...
Yeah, seems only like new pages were updated, so I doubt any PR9 pages were bumped up to PR10. wait until homepages are updated.
you don't think www.msn.com and www.yahoo.com deserve a pr10 what sites do deserve a 10, if yahoo and msn don't ?..lol
since PR is based upon inbound links, strength of those links, etc...apparently mathematically, they don't deserve it. Just because they get loads of traffic, etc doesnt necessarily make them deserve it. I don't judge or care what sites are PR 10, but to say a site deserves it, but is somehow given it, is silly.
Yeah I noticed that too. Yahoo, MSN, CNN…. But whitehouse.gov 10 ** Dum… Dum…Dum…Conspiracy theory hehehe
