    Hi!

    I am selling my Google Pagerank 1 website. The topic is pregnancy which is a high paying Niche. My Domain name contains the Keywords also.

    Also, I have done a lot of Social bookmarking for this website and traffic will increase gradually. I have recently put Google Ads so no revenue. My shared hosting crashed recently and I lost my AWSTATS report so am not able to provide you with Traffic details. But you can make that out from Alexa Rank.

    Please note that I accept payment method as PAYPAL only and on receipt of payment I will do Godaddy to Godaddy URL transfer only & email the files and MySql database.
