Selling PageRank 1, 6 years old domain, furniture design blog with AdSense optimized theme

Hello,
I want to sell one of my furniture design blog. Built on WordPress, with AdSense blending ads theme. I designed it myself, not a free theme, so I'm sure that the design is unique.

Currently it has 90 published articles with 1,200+ indexed pages in Google. There are 800+ draft posts already in the database, waiting to be published. Visitors are hovering about 60 - 80 daily. The domain is registered in 2006, but the site went live about 10 months ago.

This site was meant to be one of my AdSense site, but since my account got disabled last month, I need to sell it to pay expenses and hopefully build a little capital. The size was never monetized by AdSense then, I haven't know how much it earns monthly.

P.S. : The AdSense ads on the site is fake, because I don't have AdSense account. I just want to show how the ads size and colors blends perfectly with the theme. You can click it any times you want, b'coz it's only an image
