    Hello there ,

I really hope somebody can help me on this one.

    I run a dedicated server
    MB: Supermicro PDSMi+
Intel Core Duo, 1066 MHz on 2.13GHz/Dual-Core, 2 MB cache
    Supermicro SNK-P0011 passive heatsink
    RAM: 4GB (2x512 MB) PC4200/533Mhz DDR2 Sdram
2x320 GB Segate SATAII 16 MB cache HDDs
    Slim CD-rom & FDD
    1U Chassis, 300W PS - Supermicro SC813MT-300

    Operation System : Debian GNU/Linux
    MySQL Version : mysql Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.11, for pc-linux-gnu (i386)
    PHP Version : 4.4.0

What can i do to increase the page-load?
i have already changed the MySQL queries to MySQL cache

just upgraded the 1Gb ram to 4 GB, but looks like it is even slowing down.

    With best wishes

    Kees

There are really a lot of different things it could be. Without more information it is hard to say. Are your queries optimized? What is the load on the server? How many QPS is MySQL doing?

Also, you'll want to review your sites to see if there's anything in the code that could be slowing things down. Plugins, calls to external tracking modules, etc. can be a big cause of slowdown.
