Page Views, Great targeted ads 22 clicks? Review Placment pls :)

    Hi all, Well, the site has been up for a few weeks but I am having ugly ctr. What is the problem? I can't figure it out. is the placment of the ads just way off or is there to much content? Please give me some feedback :)

    I would place the google ads under the main logo, they are a bit out of sight...
