What is Page Type Error in Google Adsense. They always reject application citing reason as Page Type which is not very conclusive. Any Idea what it is and how to tackle it.

    Regards

Page type error can mean many things.
    Trade mark issues
    offensive content
    TOS violation
    etc.

Usually when you get the "Page Type" rejection, Google lists possible problems with your site.

What did the rest of the email from Google say?

The "Page Type" email almost always also provides possible problems like:

"We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this
time because we feel that your site does not comply with the Google
webmaster quality guidelines. More specifically, we believe that your
site does not add value or provide unique content."

    or

"Unacceptable site content: In order to participate in Google AdSense,
your website and application information must meet the following
    guidelines:

    - Your website must be your own top-level domain (Example Web Page
    rather than www.example.com/mysite).
    - Your domain must have been registered and active for at least 6
months before you apply for AdSense.
    - You must provide accurate personal information with your application
that matches the information on your domain registration.
    - Your website must contain substantial, original content.
    - Your site must comply with Google AdSense program policies
    (https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US), which include
    Google's webmaster quality guidelines:
    Webmaster guidelines - Webmasters/Site owners Help ."

    ===========
The "6 months active" rule is true if you are applying from India, China or some other countries in Asia.

As long as your site has substantial ORIGINAL content (written in your own words), is compliant with the Adsense program policies and Google webmaster guidelines, then your application should be approved.

The microfinance site in your sig (which has the wrong URL by the way), appears to be copied from a bunch of other sites. The Nafees Badges site has a whole paragraph copied from the Uniport Corporation web site.

Rewrite the content of the site you are applying with so that it is completely in your own words (no copy-paste) and you are likely to have your account approved.
