I am new to site building so this may seem a very basic question. Do I need keywords in my page titles? Is it ok if I only capitalize the first word or should every word in a page title be capitalized. Right now only the first word in my page titles are capitalized but if it makes any real differnce I will change them.

Yes, use your keywords. from a presentation standpoint you should use title case, but since probably only car about SEO then just follow blakew's suggestion.

    Hello, allwayslearning.
It is good from a search engine optimization point of view to include as much keywords as you can in your page titles. However, it doesn't matter the capitalization of words. You may use capitals as you see fit to your style of writing.
Feel free to ask any question, even if you think it is a stupid one.
    Good luck.
