I just need your reviews on page title

I have a site xyz.com and page title for forums as heart touching stuff

My question is whether to have this title on every page or not

    Like

    discussions - heart touching stuff
    buzz - heart touching stuff
    news - heart touching stuff
from the web - heart touching stuff

    or to have just

    discussions
    buzz
    news
    from the web

Which is SE friendly and what do i use

Dont use same title to different pages!!! Google will count it as title duplication!!! Make unique title to every page

You need a unique title for each page of up to 70 characters with your main keyword for the page in.

    "discussions
    buzz
    news
    from the web "

I suggest you add some related content in your titles. Titles like "discussions - heart touching stuff " do not seem to be ok. Instead, use titles that explain the particular page well enough.

For example: "News - Latest News Updates from all over the World" etc

    # Limit title to relevant target phrases, avoid irrelevant words (ie phone number, url, brand) :D
heart touching stuff is not relevant or even related to your sub-pages
    discussions
    buzz
    news
    from the web

If you have only few pages then use that title format for each page but if you have too many pages like in forum, it could be configured on programming.
