I have to install a website with 1300 pages for google analytics. I've used google analytics a lot and i know my way around with it. But the page-tagging procedure is a problem.

Do you have to tag all 1300 pages? Or only the important ones (KPI-related pages)?

And if you leave out other pages, and users click from a tagged page to a non-tagged page,,, will google count that as a bounce???

What is the site? A blog, cms, ecommerce site or just a plain static html site? If it is a dynamic site most of the times you only have to include the code in the footer page of the site as all the pages in the dynamic site uses the footer content. I don't see the reason for having a static site with 1300+ pages. It only creates more work on your side maintaining the site.
