page strength tool issue

    For a link I want to buy, I run this great tool http://www.seomoz.org/tools/page-strength.php

    but it shows that yahoo site explorer didn't find IBLs,
    while Google did.

    I checked thru yahoo site explorer directly, and yes, it shows links, but from the site itself.

    Any idea?
