Page Speed - Use efficient CSS selectors

    Hello.I wish to optimize "page speed" from google and i must modify the file CSS to optimize it:

    I wait for a price from those who knows how to solve the problem

    The problem is at:
    Use efficient CSS selectors

    http://anunturi.adines.ro/oc-content/themes/modern/css/style.css has 37 very inefficient rules, 139 inefficient rules, and 16 potentially inefficient uses of :hover out of 335 total rules.
    Very inefficient rules (good to fix on any page):
    #header #user_menu li ul li Tag key with 4 descendant selectors
    #header #user_menu li ul li a Tag key with 5 descendant selectors

    Those inefficient rules might be efficient on another page. Do you really want to create different css files for different pages? It's not recommended.
