Page refresh and Page Impression

    I know it's a very silly question:

    As a publisher, I need to check pages after posting any new blog. That means every time I'm checking my blog from visitors end (homepage), it's loading adsense advert.

    Is it against Google Adsense TOS?

    nothing wrong if it is a limited numbers, but if you generated 1000s of page impression you will be in trouble.

    I used to worry about that but google knows webmasters need to check their own work.
    Just dont click ads and youll be ok ;)
