    I have done everything directory sub, book marking, article posting but still i don't get my PR on my site, am i missing something

    The PR of your webpages depends on the quality of backlinks pointing towards them. The links you made were either nofollow or unrelated or not very high in quality.

    You may not have a PR but do you get visitors too your site as that is the main thing you require!! i would rather have visitors any day than a PR.

    Hi

    If you want to increase the PR then you have to go for link building that is reciprocal or three way then sure you will get the good PR in coming update.

    Page rank doesn't depend upon number of back links but quality on of backlink. Back link from relevent site and low OBL passes more link juice to your website.In addition to back link ON page SEO must be upto mark.
