    Do you mean a pagerank like in google PR. If yes, yahoo doesn't have this functionality. It's only for google.

    Whether Google is superior or not is immaterial. There are people in the world that prefer Yahoo and use their services religiously.

    This is Google's functionality to measure page's strength through PR so Yahoo is not related with it anyways.

    It is Google who conceptualized the ranking of the web pages and Yahoo being a competitor would not like to adopt and follow the footsteps of its arch rival.

    Anyways, PR finds its importance only amongst webmasters with general people hardly taking note of the same. So there is no need for Yahoo to undertake such an exercise...imo.

    High pagerank doesn't matter because for me, people first then Google or Yahoo. If your site got PR4 it's enough than ever.

    Page rank is trademark owned by google. So yahoo cant use it. But yahoo can drive some other technique.

    If you can rank in Google for a keyword be sure you will rank in yahoo too. Google is the King of SE.

    That is true to an extent.. In fact Google is the current king of SE, but the day is not far away when Yahoo or BING or some other SE dethrowns google.
