I bought a link on a PR7 page and 3 PR6 pages. I checked these pages PR, it shows :

    1-toolbarqueries.google.com (6)
    2 216.239.37.* (6)
    3 216.239.39.* (6)
    4 216.239.51.* (6)
    5 216.239.53.* (6)
    6 216.239.57.* (6)
    7 216.239.59.* (6)
    8 216.239.63.* (6)
    9 64.233.161.* (6)
    10 64.233.163.*(3)
    11 64.233.167.*(3)

My question is this backlink to my website counted as a link from a PR3 page or from a PR6 page? and how long till google notice this link?
    thank you

Google indexes pages in different speeds. Generally high PR pages are crawled more often than low PR pages. But things like how often that page is changed, and how often new things get added on that domain are also taken into account.

There is no way to predict when google noticed you being linked by other sites (but it will be noticed as soon as google indexes the site with your link on), nor is it possible to know exactly when the next PR update is! Even thougt they say the next update will be sometime in january..

The PR update is only the time that the google toolbar notices changes in PR. The google search-engine will notice before that time.

Anyhow, if those PR's you posted are of the same site, I think you may have bought links on a page that will have lower PR (like PR3) by the time your link gets noticed.

according to me it will be counted as pr6 as most of data centers show pr6 may be some data centers are not updated that is why it is showing old page rank.

I think new rank is pr3 as the list shows newly updated data centers from the bottom; I might be wrong though.
