Hello people, my site is micromkv.com and now it's been 2 months since I shifted to WP from blogger and still my site is no where to be found on google! If I search the post with my site Tag/Title Micromkv the result still comes on 5 - 10th page of google and sometimes even don't. Anyone tell me what' happening b/c I have almost everything in last two months! P.S - The paid SEO experts are too costly like $100 and that's way too much for me. I'm clueless and helpless and moreover depressed!
You need to quit worrying about pagerank because it means nothing. Everyone in this forum talks about page rank when it is pointless... its a metric that is ages too old and we now call it "AUTHORITY" IT CAN be measured using tools like SeoMoz. If your lookign to sell advertising because of the "page rank" description then what you need to do is buy a domain that has expired with a high pagerank and low authority (since page rank is pointless) and then 301 forward it to your domain and then your PR update will happen the next time google does the update. Quick Question: Everyone keeps asking why google hasnt' update Page rank lately?? HAHA BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MATTER PEOPLE
My main concern is that my posts come on the 5 - 8th pages of google even I search the exact terms/title of my blog post! So, how can I come up?
micromkv.com I know those vids I was just watching one lol.. came down the pipe from KAT or something. Drop me a convo/PM I will give you a quick hand. The page rank toolbar has not been updated in damn near a year so its yet even more irrelevant than page rank is in the first place. Nigel
To boost Page Rank you must have high quality Backlinks and the best way to generate quality backlinks is to submit your site on different web directories and article directories. Some Good Web And Article Directories Are: DMOZ Yahoo Directory Best Of The Web Ezine Articles Article Base Go Articles 3. Guest Posting: This is one of the most used and best technique to increase Page Rank. Most Blogs have options of guest posting through which you can post at their blog and get two or three backlinks in return to your blog this really helps if you are posting on good Page Rank Blog with the same Niche as yours. 4. Link Exchange: This is one of the most old techniques but it still works, in order to get a good PageRank you should get higher Page Rank sites to link to your site, through this you will firstly get a good Page Rank and will get traffic from that site. 5. Keep Updating: Google really likes Sites that keep their content fresh and unique. The more you post, the more Google will crawl your site and the more chances for you to increase page rank
I have a blogger site that had a PR3 after 3 months. At that point I decided to use a custom domain and not the blogger long domain, knowing I'd lose my page rank. It's been 6 months and still has no page rank even though the Alexa rank is around 250k world and 35K US. They just don't update that often. I'd just sit and wait. If you haven't done a custom domain name and want to now would be a good time since you don't have a page rank now anyway...so nothing to lose!
You are quite right, My 10 years domain still could sell on its first 5 years without any Page Rank (0). This PageRank is really useless for Internet Marketing, but dont know why current IM stressing too much on this PR.
I think you are confusing PageRank with the rank your site has for a particular search engine result (SERP rank). If you are looking to make site show up on the first page of results when someone types in your keywords, you need to convince the search engines that your site is the most trustworthy for that term. This is SEO, and has two parts: on-page and off-page. On-page means having your website structured properly. Off-site means the links going to your site. There are tons of guides for both of these. Just follow the steps. If you don't want to spend money to have someone do these steps for you, it will take a while longer.
DONT DO THIS STUFF!! You are guaranteed to get an unnatural link penalty if you do. STAY AWAY from directories!!! only the big 3 (DMOZ, Y!, and BOTW) actually provide value
You begin by submitting your articles into the major directories, beginning with EzineArticles.com and then a day later, submitting the same articles into a number of other directories. Each article should be about 300-400 words in length and whenever possible, try to focus on submitting original, high quality material, or at the very least, well written private label content (although not every article directory will allow private label content to be submitted).
I think there's something wrong in your on page seo. Just check with any SEO tools to see what's wrong.
NO NO NO!!! why are you giving this awful advice? Google themselves says they are discounting links from press releases... and PLR content, are you kidding me? I have seen so many sites with link penalties from strategies like this. My advice: DON'T DO IT!
