    PR is still a very important factor in SERP. With pr0, you can't beat a pr6 website in every aspect. You can't even compare pr with the importance of h1 tag.

    I suspect as always they are working on an algorithm that will punish some tricks of some folks, and improve the PR of those that deserve it
