Page Rank using # in links

Can any one tell me what will be the effect of using Bookmarks such as

http://www.tensionnot.com/index.html

to

http://www.tensionnot.com/index.html#123

http://www.tensionnot.com/index.html#456

will google page rank consider these pages same or there are not the same pages for PAGE RANK

is it better to use # in the url for pointing the spesific part of the page or dose it reduces the page rank..

Please Help ME Get out of this PROBLEM

 

i think its safe to say Google can distinguish between the anchor text, and any other 'smart' search engine for that matter

 

pr of http://www.tensionnot.com/ and http://www.tensionnot.com/#123 are same so i thing both links will produce same PR

 

i dont that those links that you mention will effect anythink. all examples are the same
