    I agree page rank is not that important in respect to traffic, but when trying to get backlinks if you have page with no rank to offer, you wont get much in return, anyone agree

    Yeah it's happening, mine went from 1 - 0 for absoloutely no reason, im not to fussed though, don't need PR much :)

    As I see PR update it's not an one action. Google provides it permanently.
    Today one my site page PR falls from 3 to n/a but two another pages became PR 3 from 1.
    Dont concentrate to PR and you will save your nerves :)

    Yeah Google changes PageRank from time to time, however they say its only 1 of 200 or more criteria Google uses to rank your site. So it doesn't seem that important really in the grand scheme of things.
