While searching Google's webmaster tool, i looked at article section for Page Rank Penalty and there i found reconsideration service to reevaluate website due to penalty or certain PR decrease. I filled the form and request reconsideration for my site for which i have loose my PR. My site was PR4 and it certainly got down to 0. While i checked all these things to confirm my sites stability. Thanks Google....
