    Page rank is calculated by the number of inbound links and there are other factors deciding what the pagerank of a site should be but what I would like to know is;

    Does the boundary values for getting a PR value for your site change each time there is an update?

    I was thinking about this because if everyone is getting links all the time then eventually everybody could have a high PR.

    I'm not an expert on the details, but I believe one of the requirements is the average PR has to be 1, so that would seem to rule out everyone having a PR higher than 1...

    PageRank is relative to every other page. So the same percentage of pages will be PR10, PR9, etc. You could gain links and go down in PageRank if other sites gain more than you.
