    Create as much quality backlinks as you can to rank well in google. Google loves quality backlinks getting from niche related websites/blogs, so try to do link exchange with your website niche related sites. Also there have more way to create quality backlinks, try to leverage all of them.

    Dear u can do article submission, blog submission, press release submission and also generate quality back link then easy to get high page rank.

    Its depends on the links of your site in other site means back links of your site, Unique content, Total submission in High PR websites.
